The origin ASN of an IP address block can be published, provided it has previously been published in the whois system. (Policy: LAC201003v2, published on 13-Aug-2010, implemented on 01-Jun-2011)
Once the origin ASN field of an IP address block is completed, the information will be available via whois.
- First, find the IP address block you manage in the context menu.
- To do so, click on the Origin ASN button.
- All you need to do in the Origin ASN screen is complete the ASN (Autonomous System Number) field.
- Click [SAVE] to confirm the operation.
