The [INFORMATION] option in the context menu allows you to view the basic details of the selected organization.
By default, the system will show a summary of information about the organization:
- Name of the organization
- Contact information:
- Date of creation
- Date of latest update
- Date of renewal
- Date of next invoice
- ADMINISTRATIVE contact information
- MEMBERSHIP contact information
- BILLING contact information
Editing the information:
1) About the organization: Under the details of the LACNIC member organization, you will find the [Editar Organización] button.
You can edit the following information:
- Name of the person responsible
- Country dialing
- Phone number
- Extension number
- Address
- Additional details
- Number
- Post code
- City
- Province
After updating the information, click [Save] to confirm the changes and complete the process. Otherwise, click [Cancel]. If the modification is successful, the system will display the following message:
2) About the contacts: To edit the ADMINISTRATIVE, MEMBERSHIP and BILLING contacts, click the [Edit contacts] button at the bottom of the page:
