Requesting resources for the first time: IPv4, IPv6, and ASNs as an Internet Service Provider (ISP)

On the context menu, the [Other Organizations] option shows a list of your organizations that are not LACNIC members.

Click [Request IP/ASN] to access "IPv4, IPv6, and ASNs - Requests, transfers, and other operations":

Click the [Fill out request] button. 

You must specify the number of resources you wish to request:

• /24 IPv4 blocks
• /32 IPv6 blocks
• ASNs

To continue, click [Complete form as an Internet Service Provider (ISP)].

1. Complete the statement of current clients by type of service (*). You must enter the following information:

• Cable
• Web hosting
• Dedicated connection
• Co-location
• ADSL
• Wireless
• FTTH
• Other (If you select “Other”, please specify the type of service offered)

2. Projected use of the requested IP addresses in the following 12 months (*). You must enter the following information:

• Cable
• Web hosting
• Dedicated connection
• Co-location
• ADSL
• Wireless
• FTTH
• Other (If you select “Other”, please specify the type of service offered)

3. Detail your IPv6 address utilization plan (*).

To continue, click [Next >]. 

4. Detail the intended use of the ASN.

To continue, click [Next >].

5. In the Additional information tab, complete the following fields:

• How are you interconnected?
• If you have any IP addresses assigned directly by your provider, please enter them below
• Additional information
• Attach file

To continue, click [Finish].
