MiLACNIC allows you to add contacts as co-administrators for your organization. These users have the same permissions as the administrator, except that co-administrators cannot edit the organization's contacts or add new co-administrators.
Below is a step-by-step description of how to define and edit co-administrators for your organization.
- To define a new co-administrator, log in to MiLACNIC using your organization's Administrator account at https://milacnic.lacnic.net/
- From the context menu on the left, select [Information]:
3. Once the organization's information window appears, select the “Co-administrators Management” button:
4. From the Co-administrator screen, you can add or remove users assigned to this role:
To add a co-administrator, go to the “Add Co-administrator” section and follow the steps below:
- In the ID field, enter the User ID of the user you wish to add as a Co-administrator and click “Search”.
- If the user ID is correct, select the “Agregar Administrador” option.
5. Once the co-administrator has been added, they will appear in the “List of Co-administrators” section.
Note:
- All changes, including adding and removing co-administrators, are saved automatically when confirmed.
- An organization can have multiple co-administrators.
